Our K-5 Math and English Language Arts curriculum teams met today to reflect on and interpret content and assessment data. As a result, they gained a broader and deeper understanding of successes and needed changes. They then update our Must Dos & Can Dos for math and ELA.
These teams helped implement aligned curriculum for their respective subjects in recent years, leading the curriculum work that is happening district-wide.
These meetings were part of the Curriculum Academy happening across McPherson Public Schools this week. Each day, multiple different groups are meeting to focus on different areas of the ongoing curriculum work. This work is happening in alignment with the district's strategic plan, Vision 2025.
