We're thrilled to announce our district's initial nominees for the prestigious Kansas Teacher of the Year (KTOY) award! These exceptional educators have been selected for their outstanding contributions to our students and schools.
Elementary Nominees:

Secondary Nominees:

These dedicated teachers exemplify excellence in education, demonstrating exceptional skills in student assessment, lesson planning, parent communication, classroom management, and daily operations. Each nominee has completed at least five years of successful classroom teaching and continues to inspire and nurture our students' growth.
Our District Leadership Team will carefully evaluate these outstanding candidates using KSDE's criteria to select one elementary and one secondary district winner. These two educators will then represent our district in the state-level KTOY competition.
