The third focus area in our new strategic plan is Empowering Culture.
This focus area is about creating a positive, supportive environment where students and staff feel valued and included. When people feel connected and supported, they are more likely to succeed and grow.
Here’s what this part of the plan includes:
• Recognizing the contributions of staff, students, and community members
• Promoting inclusion and a sense of belonging for everyone
• Offering opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
• Expanding support systems districtwide to meet diverse needs
We’ll measure our progress by looking at staff and student surveys, retention rates, and participation in leadership and support programs.
By focusing on culture, we’re making sure every person in our schools feels heard, respected, and empowered to do their best.
